Mandem is British slang for a group of men or boys, usually your own friends. "The mandem" means the lads. It comes from Jamaican Patois.

Mewing means pressing your tongue flat against the roof of your mouth in the belief it sharpens your jawline. No research supports that claim.

Mid is slang for mediocre or overrated, nothing special. Calling something mid is a shrug: not good enough to praise, not bad enough to hate.
